1. General

1.1. This Policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to protect it by the Operator: Panteleev Vladislav Denisovich, self-employed individual, INN 771619313759.

1.3. This Policy applies to all users of the Operator's Telegram bot and other persons whose personal data is processed in connection with the VPN service.

2. Principles of Data Processing

Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis, limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and legitimate purposes. Processing incompatible with the purposes of collection is not permitted.

3. Data We Collect

We process the minimum necessary data:

  • Telegram user ID / username
  • Email address (if provided by the user)
  • Payment data for accounting: amount, date, payment method, masked details — full payment credentials are stored by the payment provider
  • Technical VPN session data: connection time, traffic volume, server IP, protocol type
  • Support correspondence (to the extent needed to handle requests)

We do not request or process sensitive personal data (health, political views, etc.).

4. Purpose of Processing

  • Performing the Agreement: billing, issuing access keys, communication, support
  • Service security and stability: anti-fraud, load analysis, Fair Use compliance
  • Compliance with Russian Federation legislation
  • Informing users about service, offer, and tariff changes

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access information about your personal data processing
  • Request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing
  • File complaints with Roskomnadzor or in court

6. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared with:

  • Payment providers (for payment processing)
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers operating VPN servers
  • Legal and accounting service providers
  • Government authorities in cases provided by law

Cross-border data transfer is possible as VPN infrastructure and payment services may be located outside the Russian Federation.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies for proper operation (language settings, session management). Types: technical (required), functional, analytical (anonymized). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is stored no longer than required by processing purposes, unless a longer period is established by law (e.g., accounting documents — at least 5 years). Upon achieving processing purposes, data is destroyed or anonymized.
